How does returns work?
1) The packing slip, also a return form, can be found in the email with a track and trace code. Print this out and complete the return form completely. Can you no longer find the return form? Download the return form here. You can then print this out and fill it in yourself.
2) Add the packing slip to the items you wish to return. You can reuse the shipping bag or outer box for this.
3) Please ensure that the items you wish to return are undamaged, in their original condition and with labels attached in the box. Otherwise we unfortunately cannot process the return.
4) You can return your package to Q1905 via DHL or PostNL. The costs for returning a package are €5,50 via DHL and €6.25 via PostNL. Do you choose a different return method? Then there are also other return costs involved. Register your return via this link. Enter your webshop order ID and your email address here. Select the product you would like to return, enter the quantities and specify a return reason.
5) Download the return label and confirm the return. Print the return label and stick it on the box. Take your package to a DHL or PostNL point and keep the return receipt safe!
6) After receiving your return, we will refund the credit to you within 14 days via the payment method of your order.
7) Refund credit for promotions:
If you order 2 items from a promotion and return one, your benefit will expire and we will settle the amount refund with your other ordered product(s). We always apply the same principle when ordering and returning more than two items.
As an example:
You order a pair of sneakers for €89,- and a polo for €69,-
- You pay €123,50 (your promotional benefit = €34,50 on the polo)
- You return the sneakers
- You pay €69,- and receive €54,50 back
How long do I have to return my product(s)?
You have 30 days to return your order. Ordered items may be returned up to 30 days after receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Guarantee
We always do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our items. All our products have a warranty period of 6 months. After this period, we will of course always check per product whether we can still do anything for you. If you have a complaint about an item, always contact customer service first at [email protected]. If an item has been returned to us, our assessment team will work on it and you will hear within 5 working days whether your complaint is justified.
